Our clients rely on us for mass mailings, launch materials, customized pull-through items, training materials, and monograph production and printing. Software Training
Universal Graphics offers training on all the Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other software. We can do basic training for your staff or we could create a customized training program (based on your specific needs). Training can be done in-person or via a web conference - you make the choice. Our trainers have over 25 years of individual experience working and training with the Microsoft Office Products and other software.
Meeting/Training Materials - Examples: 
Recently a client asked us to coordinate materials from a variety of sources to create a training book for a new product indication. There were over 80 items (reprints, presentations, scientific posters, and CDs) to gather. We were responsible for ensuring that all pieces were received and produced a binder for use by the international sales staff. Other clients have asked us to help them create games for training classes (using spinners, dice and/or playing pieces).
